Article 120 paragraph 1 of the Act on employment promotion and labor market institutions specifies
Who entrusts a foreigner the illegal performance of work is punishable by a fine from PLN 1,000 to PLN 30,000.
A foreigner who performs work illegally is subject to a fine of at least PLN 1,000.
